DESCRIPTION:Kinetic Connective Breathwork : Step into a powerful space where breath meets brushstroke – where your inner world flows freely onto the canvas.  There will be music and voice to guide you through.   \nBreath+Create is a unique workshop that weaves together the healing force of conscious connected breathwork with large-scale\, intuitive art-making.  As you’re gently guided through a somatic breath journey\, you’ll express your experience using bilateral drawing techniques – activating both sides of the brain and reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom. \nFacilitated by a Trauma Informed Breathwork Practitioner\, a Multidisciplinary Artist trained in Art Therapy and a Multidimensional Light Language Energy & Sound Channeler; this immersive session invites you to release\, rewire\, and reimagine – using movement\, emotion\, sound\, voice and creation as your guides. \nNo art experience necessary.
