I recently booked a raindrop healing session with Kristina. I have heard about this type of session over the past few years, but was never guided to find someone to try it until now.

This was my first healing session with her and it was magical. Her energy along with the oils and the way they were applied really allowed me to dive deep into a beautiful place of healing inside of myself.

Having been a practicing healer for many years now I can say that Kristina’s touch is caring and gentle. She really has a deep connection to spirit and it comes through in her presence and her session. The Raindrop Techniques infused with Reiki Healing I received from Kristina was magical. Breathing in the different essential oils heightened all my senses and gave me new mental clarity.

The energy work accompanied by healing touch, melted away layer after layer of tension and I felt expanded and freer. It was delicate yet powerful. The time flew and I couldn’t believe that an hour and a half had gone by. The only downside was having to get up!

I slept really deeply and awoke the next morning feeling light and refreshed!

I met Kristina September 2019 when I attended the Inner Soul Retreat's "Being The Unlimited Me" Retreat. I had never explored my spirituality or tried to explore how it will truly change my life. My niece and I attended one of Kristina's 'Chakra Clearning & Renewal Workshops'. My niece is 12 and experienced AMAZING benefits from the workshop.

She is normally a very vocal sleeper with a lot of twisting and turning. That night, after the workshop, she barely talked in her sleep, she barely moved and she slept for 11 hours straight. We talked the next morning about her experience and she was very open about her goals. She said it made her think about her future. We talk a lot about the future and goals in our family, so that is not anything new to her; what was interesting was to hear her explain her experience to her Grandma and Aunts.

She was very complimentary. She wants to start going with me on a regular schedule to Kristina's yoga sessions.

My other nephews are now interested too from hearing her expression of her experience. I told them it would be very helpful to them in their sports...They are a tougher sell, but I think they will come along.

I first met Kristina at a spiritual retreat as one of the co-leaders. She led yoga in the mornings where for the first time in my life I felt the yoga experience in my inner world. I started to open my heart just a bit more. Physically, I pulled my shoulders back as I was guided by her voice and energetically, it was a huge shift that I felt in every fiber of my being. I began to release by crying. It felt like such a cleanse and such a renewal to my soul. It was her guidance that gave me the feeling of safety to allow myself to go there. So grateful for every single yoga class I’ve taken with her! It has been a beautiful experience with what comes up for me each time. Her gentle guidance is always very much appreciated from the bottom of my heart.

I have also experienced a one-on-one consultation with her. During the consultation, I gently unfolded with her guidance what was really going on with me and my thoughts. I could finally see where I was blocking myself. The love, patience and grace is so palpable in every conversation with her. Her energy alone is so very magnetic and healing.
