Why breathwork?
Often times we stuff BIG feelings in our bellies and this may feel like a ‘safe’ response in the moment since it masks an option to really deal with our emotions; Yet doing this can actually be detrimental to our emotional well-being and physical health.
One way to connect with and release the emotions that we have stored in our body is to focus on our breath. By relaxing our bodies fully and turning off the chatter in the mind by focusing on our breath in a quiet meditative state, we can tap into the genius of our body!
