Mainframe Studios Micro Retreat

Join us for an afternoon at Mainframe Studio 108, Downtown Des Moines for a breathwork and sound bath experience.
Dress comfy, bring a mat, water and pillow. A Zero Gravity Chair is a nice option also and a journal to write any insights down for yourself.
Ceremonial Cacao + Fresh Soup will be served.
Yoga Mats will be available also.
