Experience includes: opening circle with Ceremonial Cacao, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Light Language, Sound Bath Healing and closing integrations circle with warm fresh soup.
Dress comfy, bring a mat, water and pillow. A Zero Gravity Chair is a nice option also and a journal to write any insights down for yourself.
