Each month you receive a new lesson and there are 12 lessons total!
Included in each lesson is rich content to read and contemplate as you move through your journey to re-discovering your true nature and begin to put the pieces together of your unique puzzle.

Expect 4-5 techniques to work with monthly, which will be a Worksheet format and delivered weekly via email. The techniques are related to the lesson content and will bring in a practical application of the material. To name a few, during this year long journey you will experience:

At the end of each month you will receive regrouping questions to pull together what you have learned over the month. Regrouping is key to understanding where you have come from, where you are and where you are going.
