Breath & Sound Play Sept 17th

Join us for an evening inside the enchanted conservatory at ‘Iris Aisle’ in Winterset Iowa for a breathwork and sound bath experience.
Dress comfy, bring a mat, water and pillow. A Zero Gravity Chair is a nice option also and a journal to write any insights down for yourself.
Ceremonial Cacao + Fresh Soup will be served.
