Please come dressed comfy and warm. Mats will be provided, please bring with you a blanket, water, journal, open mind and heart to receive. A zero gravity chair is a lovely option!
We will begin with a warm cup of Ceremonial Cacao Drink together as we settle in for the Breathwork and Sound Bath.
