Please come dressed comfy and warm. Mats will be provided, please bring with you a blanket, water, journal, open mind and heart to receive. A zero gravity chair is a lovely alternative to laying on mats on the floor.
We will begin with a warm cup of Ceremonial Cacao Drink together as we settle into the Breathwork and Sound Bath, we will enjoy a garden fresh soup to follow.
