A VACATIONAL RETREAT
Matteo and I are very happy to offer you a refreshing vacation/retreat at Villa Amfiario in the village of Kalamos, 40 minutes from Athens. I can't tell you how absolutely wonderful the whole experience will be. So I'm not going to try! Instead I'm inviting you to come and join us on 26 May - 4 June. What stays with us the most and feeds us on a journey are encounters, people and human experiences, and for this reason we have chosen this location: Villa Amfiario is a family run villa and you couldn't ask for a friendlier, lovelier and more accommodating family ever!
There will be time for growth and well-being and many carefree moments to enjoy the natural and historical beauties of this ancient country!
Daily yoga and breathwork on a journey that will take us "from grounding to inspiration", night circles, all supported by playfulness to have fun and grow!
Time for chilling in the beautiful surrounds of the villa, swimming in the healing water of Lake Vouliagmeni, soaking up the sunshine at beautiful beaches, wine tasting in a local Cantina, and learning about some fab myths and ancient history in the Acropolis of Athens as well as the local site of Amfiario which dates to 400BC. And what about tasting the flavours of Greece? We will enjoy divine, glorious, lovingly cooked food by Eleni - the mama of the villa herself.
INTUITIVE GUIDED
We will stretch our imaginations to lend a creative flow in personal, business and social life. What games are we involved in, what games do we understand and what games are not serving our growth?
We will dance freely and remove the stagnation within ourselves. We will invite our inner child on a journey of play AND we will honour the sacred mother and father within each one of us.
There will be sacred clearing ceremony and planning to set yourself up for success as you re-enter the world beyond the retreat! (Special gifts and tools included) There will be opportunities for 1:1 coaching with Kristina Coll and Matteo throughout the retreat (special sign up will be available for no additional cost)
The prices includes full board accommodation, 2 glasses of wine during evening meals, airport transfers (you will be picked up by our dedicated driver), entry to all the site, all yoga and Breathwork, all inner experiences, all trips as stated in the itinerary below, and our private 24/7 butler/guide/chauffeur who is one of the family members. The family's ethos is all about providing a truly once-in-a-lifetime retreat experience and, having hosted other retreats here, we can certainly vouch for this. The villa has the most stunning views of mountains, sea, gardens and loads of flowers. This is going to be a week that you will never forget.

Morning breathwork and yoga, a visit to Amfiario which is an ancient archaeological site (dating to 400BC) plus more chill out time on another beach, Inner Journey and intuitive guidance session

Morning breathwork and yoga, a day in Athens
Day 5
Morning breathwork and yoga, harvesting vegetables and cooking lesson, more beach time, Inner Journey and intuitive guidance session

A day chilling and swimming in the healing water of Lake Vouliagmeni, yoga and breathwork on a pier, Inner Journey and intuitive guidance session
Day 7

Yoga, Breathwork, and Intuitively Guided Sessions - Kristina
Kristina is a Yoga Alliance Professionals Senior Yoga Teacher and I've been sharing my passion for Yoga for almost 10 years. My classes are gentle, restorative and spacious. She is also a Certified Breathwork Facilitator with Alchemy of Breath, a Certified Spiritual Educator with Wayshowers College and Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master.
The classes during the retreat will be adapted to suit for all levels. Intuitive guidance sessions are a way to find the way back Home… that special place deep within where there is personal awareness to truth, to forgive, to accept, to love and to grow. Kristina will help you to learn to cleanse and buffer your energy and to consciously recognize your innate intuitive gifts. Her true concern and ability to see what is not visible to others, helps in embracing ‘Loyalty to Self’ FIRST and living in a state of 'Possibilities'.

Inner Journey 8 days experience is a unique playful and transformative work on our frames and alive past experience that are actually stored in our bodies and are driving our lives in the background. During the 8 days we will create an intimate space within ourselves and as a group, using our body, breath and senses to experiencing our lights and shades as a whole, expanding our comprehension of who we are connecting with the amazing resources we can manifest.

The work is body, breath and fun based!
Joy and playfulness will bring us from grounding to inspiration and integrity using dance, breath, body expression and intuitive singing. We will go deeply in our resources, to connect with the life within us.
Greece retreat will offer some divine moments and spots for our retreat! Natural astonishing places, beautiful beaches, sunrises and sunsets, and the lovely and beautifully accommodating family of the Villa! Everyday will be a journey, from sunrise morning practices through a day experience of discovery of ourselves and Greece beauties, amenities and flavours, to a night gathering of celebration of one’s and groups achievement and intuition.
Celebration will be deep listening moments and lots of fun!
MORNING ROUTINE
This is what we call “ like never before experience “.
It is something you will learn and bring home with you as a very special gift from the retreat! We will meet at sunrise for a body warmup that will rise up our energy for the all day. Breathwork routine with specific body movements and a gradual experience of cold shower ( WimHof like with no ice and very gentle ! ) and in 30 minute we can ensure you will feel as good as never before! The routine will then flow in to Yoga practice for a gentle yoga session just before breakfast.
Pricing and other infos
Prices include accommodation, all meals, all yoga/breathwork/intuitive guidance sessions, a guided hike, all trips to Athens, the Acropolis and museum, Lake Vouliagmeni, Amfiario, Chalkida (and its famous crazy waters), various beaches, Greek cooking and dancing lessons and airport transfers.
Prices not include your flights and any personal shopping or additional outings.
Accommodations: there are 2 standard double/twins and 4 deluxe double/twins room. The 6 rooms share 3 bathrooms and there is a dedicated cleaner who cleans the bathrooms regularly.
Deposit $750 deposit per person
Final payment of Balance is due the 1st of September each year

Cancellation & Retreat Policies Agreement
You must read and sign our Cancellation & Retreat Policies Agreement. By booking a spot, you agree to those terms. You will submit the signed copy of the Agreement with your deposit. You will receive a copy of the Agreement via email for your records.
