Laya YinYoga

Treat yourself to a gentle-guided restorative yoga.  ‘Laya’ is the yoga of awareness and this class will open new personal awarenesses for yourself.  This is not a vinyasa yoga flow class.  In this class you will be grounded down to your mat holding posses for 3-5 minutes and really allowing the muscles to relax and expand.  All levels welcome and props will be provided!
